As a Warranted Builder we are able to offer warranties through CRL Warranty Scheme. Extended warranties are available for almost every major purchase and customers deserve and demand protection and reassurance whenever they make a major purchase. Naturally, this includes building work.

The warranty provides:

• Assurance that you are in the hands of a company which upholds high professional standards

• A standard CRL warranty offers ten years peace of mind. Within the financial limits of the policy/certificate, a standard warranty protects against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials for two years and against structural defects for a further eight years.

• Should you move house before the ten year term has finished, the warranty protection passes automatically to the purchasers. In today’s competitive housing market this can be an extra selling point.

• Cover is priced at an affordable rate, offering excellent value for money.

It is important that you refer to your Certificate of Insurance cover as policy limitations existing and may vary. We will ensure that our contract with you clearly identifies the work that is under warranty. This means that your work will be carried out to an agreed price and within an agreed time, and that you will know exactly what work is covered.
